WOW! I usually don't post pics other than my own, but this is an exception. These images are from a seemingly Asian shoot found on a Russian website posted on a Burning Man list. Freakin brilliant and so much attention to detail.
I've done a few shoots at my loft. It's worked out pretty well. But it's so convenient, I hope I'm not painting myself into a corner...granted, this place could use a fresh coat of paint.
This was my first trip to Europe with a small strobe rig. I tried to take it with me everywhere and after awhile I barely noticed it. Plus, almost magically, I didn't lose any equipment. Wait. Except for a flash transceiver in a mosh pit a some mad ass party.
This was my first DSLR test shoot more-or-less. The concept was to capture the thoughts of a wayward soul using actual Williamsburg graffiti framed by a glowing thoughtbubble tended to by a female agent. In sequence, the words in the bubble formed a poem of sorts as viewed in the slideslow in the shot section of this site.
This was my roommate's first trip to Burning Man. My DSLR as well. I think she had a better time. This shot was on a trampoline with a handheld flash. I think Canon's do a bang-up job shooting into the sun.
